Although Google Analytics had changed their interfaces, adding users to Google Analytics pretty straightforward. On this article, I’ll show you step-by-step guide (with images) on how to do it.

If you are just starting on Google Analytics, I recommend you get familiar with the following too.

Steps to Monitor All your Properties under a Single Google Analytics Account

First login to Google Analytics.

Within the dashboard, from the top of the page, click on the tab Admin.

Next go to User Management. This is where we add or delete users. Users can have different privileges and access such as: Manage Users, Edit, Collaborate, Read & Analyze.

Adding users to Google Anaytics is easy, just enter their email address, choose the permissions level, then click the button Add. If you are adding many users, do ensure that you are applying the best practices to manage users and their permissions levels.

If you need to grant view access to more Property/Accounts, simply repeat the process.

Moving forward, if there’s no conflict of interests, it is recommended that you only add websites to your preferred Google Analytics account to ensure effective management and consolidation.
